What’s New in RICOH CloudStream v2.11.0?
This version is mainly for the bug fix of DM, Print & Scan components and simulator are updated.

- Simulator is updated
- The Simulators for CloudStream is updated by adding Device management (Admin) UI newly. (English only)

- Brother machine is supported (Brother private MIB support).
◆Print&Scan component（v2025.01.23）
- Windows Protected Print (WPP) mode becomes available
- WPP is a security-enhanced printing option for Windows that eliminates the need for third-party drivers and reduces security risks associated with print.
- Security Concerns: WPP addresses major security vulnerabilities in the Windows print system, such as those exploited in Print Nightmare and Stuxnet.
- If customers enable WPP, all 3rd-party drivers will be removed and the PC Client will recreate the users print queues using the Microsoft IPP Class Driver.
- Users will still have access to a range of finishing options such as stapling, punching, tray selection and a whole host of paper sizes.
- QR code release print becomes available for mobile app
- Mobile Print & QR Release is only available in environments with a gateway; PC/Mac Print & QR Release is also available in environments when local storage is enabled on the client.
- No Additional Hardware Needed – Uses existing printer QR codes, eliminating the need for extra card readers or PIN pads.
- Modern authentication messaging services becomes available for Scan to email

- With OAuth2 support, integration with cloud services provides security for email services in connectors.
- Configuration is easily achieved with simplified steps and authorization flow and can be used for Scan to Email as well as Messaging services.
- Supports Office 365. Google Mail support coming soon.
- User Interace is improved for embedded terminals
- Pre-configured default template reduces time and effort when setting up a customer.
- Apply the default template or easily edit the setting they need (such as login type etc.)
- Easily navigate to the embedded templates from their Printer list, making navigation much easier

+Copy accounting is done via Service platform authentication app. Native copy accounting is also supported.
+IWS Cloud terminal terminal gets the information about ISPF integration (Service platform authentication application is installed) from server and avoid asking for ISPF token when not integrated.
+Logout button is hidden when integrated with Service platform. Hardware button must be used to log out. This avoids login user back right after pressing logout, which is a limitation of the integration.
-Quick copy action on IT6 machines no longer triggers the “separate scans” native dialog.
-Fixing configuration page- port can be added into URL.
-Users can access settings directly via cogwheel button on internal server error to possibly fix terminal configuration.
-Amount of copies are limited to 9999 so it behaves same as KM native applications
